It is the perfect location for those seeking relaxation with easy access to the town and beach. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, two twin bedrooms, a guest toilet, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom en-suite with a shower, offering greater privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the spacious living and dining room, perfect for family gatherings. Outside, highlights include a fantastic heated pool (additional cost), an outdoor barbecue, and beautiful gardens with countryside views.
There is also a ping pong table, ideal for fun moments with friends or family. Villa Mar & Sol is just a few minutes' drive from the center of Albufeira, the beaches, and the vibrant local life, providing a relaxing and memorable stay in the heart of the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always an added benefit for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating turned on, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. We recommend renting a car, considering the property's location, and if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Group Security Deposit: €100 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests. For guests from the 9th to the 12th, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. Het zwembad was perfect, de zitjes buiten voor verbetering vatbaar. Zwembadstoelen waren doorgezakt en parasols oud en weinig
Keukeninventaris was pover en het was niet gezellig eten aan een glazen eettafel met slecht zittende stoelen .
Linnengoed qua handdoeken was heel weinig en deze waren ook erg verwassen en dun.
Matrassen op de bedden goed, maar linnengoed slecht

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were wonderful, especially the gardens with views over the countryside. The ping pong table was a great addition for our teenagers. We also enjoyed dinner at Restaurante Dom Carlos in Albufeira.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Mar & Sol. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden area, which were ideal for relaxing during the day. The barbecue and ping pong table made the evenings even more fun. The location was peaceful while still being close to Albufeira and the beaches.
