The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a ground-floor twin, and a ground-floor bunk room, both serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and ample roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, and the beach in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. Sea View is well-positioned to enjoy a seascape to Cornwall. Note: There is a communal children's play area on the green opposite the property.
