2 hours southwest of Paris, in the Perche Regional Natural Park, the Villa des Champs Corons is one of our two villas with an indoor pool! Comfortably accommodating up to 30 people and isolated from neighbors (280m away), it is ideal for your birthdays, corporate events, or family reunions! With its 9 bedrooms and a room dedicated to evenings and parties, the house offers a level of equipment you won't find anywhere else!

We love the indoor pool, of course! From January to December, it ensures you can organize a pool party regardless of the weather conditions! And what a pleasure it is to swim with all your friends, sipping a cocktail, whether it's sunny (large bay window wide open!), raining, or windy!
On the outdoor side, we love the large terrace surrounded by trees and its BBQ. And behind the second building, an entire space dedicated to team sports: volleyball and basketball!
And of course, the large room specially designed for parties! Feel free to step behind the wooden bar to finally know what it's like to be the bartender of the evening (I've got the powaa)! And the 100W sound system will allow you to reach 110 decibels like in nightclubs if you wish! We'll just keep the windows closed to avoid disturbing the neighbors (even though the nearest neighbor is over 250m away!).

The Villa des Champs Corons is located just 3km from the Villa de l'Ecottay! On weekends, when both So Villas are full, the population of Neuilly sur Eure, the village closest to the two houses, increases by 15%!!! To be sure to have croissants for everyone, the key word: order in advance!

Excellent séjour dans la Villa des Champs Corons où nous avons séjourné durant un week-end de 3 jours. Tout est conforme à la description, le lieu est parfaitement adapté pour se retrouver entre amis. De nombreuses activités sont possibles grâce à tous les équipements mis à disposition. La maison est propre et je confirme que la piscine est plus grande qu'il n'y parait !

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours (1 nuit) dans la villa pour un séminaire d'entreprise. Lieu très adapté avec de nombreux lits simples, de nombreuses activités permettant à chacun de trouver de quoi s'occuper. La villa était plutôt propre, les douches et chambres assez récentes. Rien à redire, l'ensemble de l'équipe a adoré !
