About this space
Nestled away in a peaceful enclave yet just minutes on foot from Queens University.
We have 2 good size bedrooms (one en suite) and a bright and airy living/dining/balcony area for you to relax in. Free parking is there if you need it but the location means that you can easily walk or grab a bus anywhere! Nearby you have the beautiful Ormeau Park and Botanic Gardens - perfect for an evening stroll - and all around you are some of the best bars, cafes and restaurants our city has to offer :) The space Our apartment occupies a prime location inside a private, gated community in the university area of Belfast.
It is up one flight of stairs and as you enter the apartment you will find one double bedroom, one double bedroom with en suite and a master bathroom with bath.
The main section of the apartment is an open planned area encompassing the kitchen, dining area, living area and a door leading out to the balcony with great views.
Free parking is included. The Area You are located in the university area of south Belfast and will not be short on things to do/places to eat. On your doorstep you have Bo Tree Kitchen which is a very popular Thai restaurant (bring your own beer/wine) and you need to make reservations. We also recommend walking to Botanic Avenue which is a great place for lunch and dinner - we recommend Madame Pho and Falafel.
In that area you also have the Empire which is a cool bar and also does live music nights, comedy nights, quiz nights etc. If you want to get to the city centre it is a quick 15 minute walk/10 minute bus ride and of course the options there for eating and drinking seem endless these days! (We are happy to provide recommendations). Also nearby you have Ormeau Park and Botanic Avenue, both of which are great for a morning/evening stroll or run and in Ormeau Park you can even do the park run on Saturday mornings. Guest access Guests access the whole apartment Other things to note Parking is free but is unallocated.
It shouldn't happen but if there are no free spaces I am afraid there is nothing we can do. You will have to park on the street outside (free parking). When parking, you must display the parking permit and then leave it back after your stay. No parties, excess noise, or additional guests without permission at any time. We have to be very strict on this due to the proximity of our neighbors.
If you feel you cannot adhere to this please do not book as we may cancel your stay without any refund once discovered. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Nice apartment in a gated private close - gated is necessary as the surrounding area is not the best so having the ability to park inside was great. It is convenient - it is near the river, transport links, walkable to the centre, restaurants nearby, near Dunnes supermarket and Botanic gardens and museum. Good for 1-4 people. Self check in and check out was good.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was set up in a convenient way. Location is in between city street and quiet residences. Easy access to anything. Never had a problem with parking the car in the courtyard. Best coffee and pastries 900 feet away at Alexander’s.
