About this space
This stylish, contemporary four-bedroom townhouse is an ideal place to stay for groups of families or friends. The property has great access to Cheltenham town centre & is close to the M5, opening up easy access to the Cotswolds and beyond.
The property sleeps 8, with a large double bedroom, and three twin bedrooms, one with ensuite. Free private secure-gated parking available round the back of the house for 1 car. Free parking also available on the street for any additional cars, no double parking is allowed in the private parking area. There is also a good sized garden for guests to use.
The space
The property has a lovely feeling of space around it. Entry into the main hall offers wonderful tiled flooring underfoot and access to the entire ground floor. There is a well-proportioned garden with lawn and decking area to catch the evening sun.
A lovely and light kitchen diner with windows each side and a glass door leading to the garden. To the other side of the property is a generous sized living area, with tiled flooring. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and storage cupboard for guests luggage.
The first floor has two twin bedrooms, one with ensuite, and family bathroom. The second floor floor has a large double bedroom, a further twin bedroom, and shower "wet room".
All bedrooms come with crisp cotton sheets, and fluffy towels for each guest. On the 1st floor there is also a private office suitable for flexible working.
Please note we do not allow pets, smoking or vaping at this property.

Check out is 11am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

The house is on a quiet street about 5 minutes drive to the centre of Cheltenham. Otherwise there are plenty of buses and taxis available in the area
The property has secure gated access to private parking for up to 4 vehicles. There is also free on street parking.
