In the heart of Desenzano, the largest town on Lake Garda, this lovely holiday flat with 2 double rooms, air conditioning, wifi, garage, bathroom with shower and satellite TV is located close to the centre in a quiet side street. In 10 minutes you can walk to all interesting points of interest in the town: the centre with its wonderful boutiques and restaurants, the promenade with many bars and ice-cream parlours, the train station, supermarkets or the castle of Desenzano, which watches over the town.
The flat is located on the ground floor and has a nice terrace with dining area. Another dining area is inside the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and all cooking utensils. There is a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with international channels. The bathroom is modern and has a shower, toilet and bidet. There is a washing machine in the basement. The private garage is not very high, but limousines and station wagons fit in it without any problems.

Die zentrale Lage. Centrum und Bahnhof (direkte Verbindung nach Mailand und Venedig) in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Nachbar nebenan sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Garage dabei, Auto musste nicht auf der Straße stehen, bis mittlerer SUV nutzbar.
Wünschenswert wären 1-2 deutsche Fernsehsender

We had a lovely stay in this apartment it was immaculately clean and well equipped. In a residential area and very quiet but an easy walk to the lake and train station from where you can get a direct train to Venice Verona and Milan. Highly recommended!

Gute Austattung, bis auf die Kleinigkeiten ist alles da, was man benötigt. Gute Lage, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Nah zum Wasser, Restaurants, Geschäften. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg wir kommen wieder
etwas mehr Gläser wären prima. Die Stühle auf der Terasse sind etwas wackelig.
