Surface area 45 m², you go up a few steps to access the kitchen with dining area, living room (130 cm sofa bed), shower room, toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 180 X 200, 1 travel cot). Heating: wood stove and additional electric convectors. Located at the start of the hiking trail leading to the Fayat Forest. The house, on the garden side, opens onto a terrace, a lawn, and a 180 m² vegetable garden. The grounds are completely private and enclosed by a thuja hedge and a fence.
