The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for five guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and large decking area, as well as allocated parking for two cars and a secure outhouse for storage of bikes and equipment. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Good WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Sweet Shop is a charming base from which to begin your adventures in North Yorkshire. Note: Due to the steep stairs, this property is not suitable for babies or infants. Please Note: No EV charging is permitted at the property. Please Note: To only use the permitted parking at the property.
