The double bedroom is another lovely room, with a large walk-in wardrobe area, a TV and iPod dock, so why not enjoy a morning cuppa in bed on your relaxing getaway? The spacious wet room has a rain shower and vanity unit.

Perfectly located on the hill above the picturesque seaside village of Saundersfoot, you can stroll down the nearby footpath to reach the sandy beach within a few minutes.

You may wish to spend your complete holiday in Saundersfoot but that would be a shame as this scenic county has so much else to offer.

The Garden Flat is a single-storey cottage in the owners' grounds, on the edge of Saundersfoot, only a few minutes' walk from the beach and village amenities. The cottage has a double bedroom, a wet room, an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area, and a sofa bed is in this room too. Outside is off road parking for one car, a decked patio and lawn with furniture and BBQ, and shared use of the owners' grounds. The Garden Flat is ideally placed for the coast, castles, boat trips, mills and more on offer in this lovely part of Wales.

On my last day here today after spending a week here.
Place was brilliant and only a short walk down into saundersfoot.
Mind the walk back up is a killer.
All in all and nice little place to stay.
