On the ground floor: an entrance and a bicycle room: 12 bicycles (electric) not provided.
The living room is over 100 m2 with a table for 12 created with a wine press tray, a lounge, 7 m under the ceiling, where you can relax with the table football and the adjoining cinema room. The kitchen and bar, which open onto the living area, are fully equipped for cooking and tasting with your guests (coffee maker, coffee bean maker and ice machine).
On this same floor, you will have 2 bedrooms: 160/200 and 2 beds 90/200, with a bathroom and separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, there are 2 areas:
- One with 2 bedrooms, one with a 160/200 bed and the other with 2 90/200 beds, which can be combined on request. On the landing, there is a bathroom and separate WC.
- The other has 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with a 160/20 bed, a bathroom and separate WC. . Epernay, the capital of Champagne, is at the crossroads of the Marne valley, the Côte des Blancs and the Reims mountains.
At the heart of the city, peace and relaxation await you in this area that has been completely transformed, largely using recycled materials and furniture. Take advantage of the many playgrounds (major annual events, spotlights, museums, numerous tourist and sporting itineraries, unusual places) offered by this city and its surroundings, on foot or by bike. A private car park allows you to completely forget about your vehicle for the duration of your stay.
