LEFT SIDE:
On the ground floor there is a large living room (lounge/dining room and kitchen) with sofa bed for 2 people, a shower room with WC and washing machine. A SPA area (hire available at extra cost).
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds) and a shower room.
RIGHT FLOOR:
On the ground floor there is a large living room (lounge/dining room and kitchen) with a sofa bed for 2 people and a shower room.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds).
Options: bed linen (5€ bed) - cleaning package (120€)
Dryer not provided.
The SPA area is extra at the rate of 50€ per day (for stays of 2 to 4) and 30€ per day (for weekly rentals) and a deposit of 1000€ will be required. For technical reasons, it must be rented for the entire stay. The gîte is located in the commune of Giffaumont-Champaubert, 200m from Lac du Der, and is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends to take advantage of the activities offered by the lake, its water sports centre and the surrounding area: water sports (boating, canoeing, swimming), cycling (cycle path around the lake), hiking, birdwatching, fishing, the casino, etc... Nature lovers will be able to walk around the gîte to discover the lake's flora and fauna. The passage of the cranes in autumn and spring is a highlight of the lake. The gîte has been completely renovated using quality materials.
The gîte comprises two gîtes that can accommodate 15 people and has its own private garden and wooden terraces.
