On the ground floor, you will find a large living area combining the kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will discover 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a 160/200 cm bed) and a large shower room with a toilet.
To enjoy the fine weather, a terrace with a small garden is available, as well as private parking (directly opposite the gîte).
For your comfort, the rental price includes sheets (beds made upon your arrival).
Towels are available as an option for €5 per person, as is the cleaning package for €60.
The gîte is equipped with WIFI and air conditioning in each bedroom.

Mooi verzorgt huisje. Alles was voorzien. Airco was ook leuk op warme dagen. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heel rustig gelegen. Het bed lag ook goed. Kortom een fijn verblijf gehad!

The house is beautifully presented, well equipped and very clean. Great to have air conditioning in the bedrooms!! It provided an excellent base for touring the region and we thoroughly enjoyed coming home each day to the peace and quiet of Champlat-et-Boujacourt.

Très joli gîte, bien équipé, proche de Reims et d'Épernay aussi. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut, toute neuve, joliment rénovée. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, bienveillants. On y était avec nos trois enfants (3, 5 et 8 ans), on n'a pas manqué de rien. On a adoré les jolies balades en forêt d'automne.
