The finca with pool in Mallorca consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house has a large living area on the ground floor with an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (electricity consumption is billed separately).


The guest house offers two further bedrooms, each with its own shower room.


There is a large veranda with barbecue for sociable evenings.

It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends or even for cycling groups.

The finca has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. In the winter months, the consumption of heating and electricity costs are billed separately, in which case a deposit of € 500 is payable on arrival. In the summer season, electricity consumption of 35 KWH / night is included. Additional consumption will be charged separately.
