We are pleased to present our lovely summer villa with a private pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca.
This villa can accommodate 4 people and features two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on one level. Inside the villa, you will find a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and access to the pool area.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a dishwasher and gas hob. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning for your comfort.
Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower.
It is important to note that the upper floor of the villa remains closed and uninhabited during your rental. Outside, the villa boasts a kidney-shaped private swimming pool measuring 9x4 meters and an outdoor shower.
There is also a covered area with a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.
Furthermore, we provide parking space for two vehicles on the same plot. The villa's location is privileged, situated a short walk from supermarkets and restaurants, approximately 650 meters away on foot.

Het heerlijke zwebad en de privacy
Er staat een elektriciteits gebouw best hoog in zicht van het terras. Ook de bouwgrond/locatie voor het huis gaf lawaai er werd elke ochtend om 7.00 uur een hond gedumpt die daar vervolgens lang blafte.
Heel vervelend.
