A l'étage, d'une première chambre deux couchages ( 140) avec placard, d'une salle d'eau avec douche cabine, d'une seconde chambre avec deux couchages ( 140), placard et télévision, dégagement avec lave-linge.
En extérieur, agréable terrasse avec mobilier de jardin, évier, plancha.
Stationnement dans la rue. Le plus de cette location à la mer: Proximité immédiate d'une piste cyclable, centre-ville de Saint-Denis à 2km, plage accessible à environ 6 minutes en vélo. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: - Bed linen rental (double bed) : 17.9 €. - Bath mat : 3.9 €. - Tea towels : 2.9 €. - Wifi minibox rental per week : 39 €. - Towels : 8.9 €. - Pet : 39 €. L’emplacement était parfait, calme, près des pistes cyclables et de plusieurs plages.
Les voisins étaient très agréables et généreux de conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants à essayer.
A notre arrivée le ménage n’avait pas été fait…ceci nous a donné une mauvaise impression du lieu. L’a...
