The master bedroom, located on this same level, has an en-suite bathroom.
On the lower level, you'll find three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Between the two floors, there is a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen, renovated with high-end materials.
Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Welcome to Villa Francesca, situated in an unbeatable enclave near the most desired beaches of Mallorca, Alcúdia, Pollensa, and Can Picafort, your holiday home in the north of Mallorca. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

La casa muy bien aunque tuvimos que hacer un curso para poder usar la ducha. El hidro hacía mucho ruido por la noche. En unos de los dormitorios no había ropero. Y los mosquitos nos abrasaron. Lo demás todo perfecto.
