Villa Emily is a villa with a modern interior style while maintaining its classic features. The villa has one double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The villa has air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the bedrooms. It has two complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, the living-dining room has television with international channels and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and fridge. There is a laundry area with washing machine and clothes line. The terrace is fully furnished for pleasant summer evenings. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people with a private swimming pool and barbecue.

No parties or events of any kind are allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a compulsory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the price of the reservation, it must be paid before arrival by credit card.
