The extensive kitchen is fully-equipped, with everything needed to fulfil your self-catering needs, opening into a lovely dining room, where there is a rustic table just made for sociable mealtimes.
Continue to the conservatory, yet another space either for guests to gather and socialise or for a nook away, where guests can curl up with a good book in front of the woodburning stove.
Should the weather allow it, locate the rear courtyard for more of a private feel, perfect for eating and drinking in the sunshine.

The living areas in this three-storey home consist of a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washer/dryer, and two dishwashers, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, an iPod docking station, a selection of books and games, and a conservatory with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suites, and a super-king-size (zip/link) and a twin on the second floor, serviced by a bathroom, a ground-floor shower room, and a second-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, and permit parking for one car. This is a smoke-free home. Two well-behaved pets welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Rose House is a delightful base for a Northumberland break. Note: Please request in advance if you wish for the super-king-size to be made up as a twin.
