The Coach house is a bright, spacious, delightful apartment, off Newark Road on Shamrock Court, which many years ago was the Lincoln to Grantham railway line.
Though this property is only a mile from the city centre, it is on a very quiet private road and feels more like living in the country.
It is also within five minutes walk of the South Common and Boultham Park.
There is a lovely walk and cycle path down the side of the river Witham leading into the historic City of Lincoln.

The bedroom has a comfortable bed, wardrobe space and adjoined bathroom.

Lovely lounge area with quality furnishings
The floor to ceiling windows with vertical blinds. Would be great with some additional curtains

Lovely and clean throughout the whole place. Would definitely stay here again. Great stay overall and all applinaces/gadgets easy to use.
Would've preferred curtains or blinds as all the left side of home is glass right across from one end to the other side. Other than that, the location been a good 30-35 minutes walk to the town centre was tricky, but we love a good walk, so not too bad. Entrance to this accommodation was not ideal but manageable. We arrived late and took us some time to find the place.
