This beautiful cottage is located on the east side of North Berwick with stunning sea views.
The cottage was built for former farm labourers, now converted into a charming two bedroom holiday let with one reception room, two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
There are superb walks right from the doorstep, across the Glen Golf Course or down towards the beach and town.
There is a large supermarket just down the road and further shops and cafes in the town centre.
The train station in North Berwick makes access into Edinburgh convenient, and it's a very popular destination especially during the Festival seasons.
North Berwick has it's own Fringe by The Sea in August and is busy year round as a popular destination for golfers, nature lovers and those seeking tranquillity in one of the sunniest and driest parts of Scotland.
This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.
Full gas central heating and internet access throughout.

Folding dining table with chairs and modern widescreen television.
The kitchen has a fridge, a dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, an ice-maker and a microwave.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. The narrow staircase leads you to the first bedroom, you will find a queen sized double bed (note, restricted head height in parts). The large second bedroom contains a bunk bed and a single bed (all full size). There is 1 bathroom with a toilet and sink, bath and a shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
There is private garden to the rear (accessed via the vennel) with shed containing outside table and chairs.
There is also access to a large shared garden.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Location, comfort, quality.
Bath height for vertically challenged a grab rail would support exit from bath/shower.
Winter duvets for bunk room had to double stack as bit chilly.
Air fryer.
Nothing major.

Rhodes Cottage is a great place to stay close to North Berwick, in a peaceful and lovely location just outside the town. The cottage is very comfortable and clean with good facilities and access to walks, golf, shops and train stations for easy travel to Edinburgh. We would definitely like to stay in Rhodes Cottage when visiting East Lothian again.

Up to date information and quick response to any queries. Easy access to cottage. We went bird watching during day, returning to house later, which quickly warmed up when we switched heating on. Quiet location and easy parking. Suited us nicely.
