Presenting Anchor Hot Tub Suite, this luxury 2 bedroom ground floor apartment suite is located in St Annes on Sea just a short walk to the local beach, bars, eateries and all the attractions the seaside town has to offer.
The property has been fully modernised throughout to make it that home away from home and includes a 10 seater Hydrotherapy Hot Tub which is situated in its own purpose built Scandinavian style building.
The use of the Hydrotherapy Hot Tub is exclusively for you and free of charge throughout your stay.
Enjoy everything Lytham St. Annes has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby.
Also just a short drive away from Blackpool with all the attractions it has to offer.Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire ground floor apartment suite designed to allow you to live as a local.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
Anchor Suite sleeps 5 people comfortably and has WIFI & Televisions throughout.
The kitchen has a double fridge freezer with water filter & ice machine, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a microwave and dishwasher.
The property layout boasts of a large open plan family room comprising of a double sofa bed and large smart TV. An open plan kitchen dining area boasting 6 seater dining table and state of the art kitchen including tea, coffee, dishwasher, fridge, hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer & a microwave.
Leading out through double doors into the large private garden which consists of a lounge area, 8 seater dining set, Children's climbing frame, 8ft trampoline & Hot Tub room.
Also overlooking your own private garden are 2 Bedrooms. 1 x King Size Suite and smart TV 1 x Twin Bedroom and Smart Tv 1 x beautiful family bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries and towels with Rainfall Shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Parking There is free on street parking directly in front of your own private entrance.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed within the property. - Parties are not allowed - Pets are permitted at the property, please make us aware ahead of your arrival.
We charge £40 per pet to stay Please note the hot tub isn’t available after 10pm each evening.

The apartment was excellent. Very well furnished and decorated for Christmas. The hot tub and garden were amazing.
The step inside the inner hall was difficult to see and should have been highlighted. I very nearly fell over when we first arrived. The lock on the gate was very difficult to use.

Warm and comfortable. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely Hot Tub. Thanks for the beautiful Xmas Dec's tree etc. On the whole area very nice.
Bathroom small. Shower loose and needs a descale. Needs hooks and shelf for toiletries. Water flow poor. Towels provided were small and poor quality. Kitchen area lacks space disappointing. Bed pillows were hard.
