It's located in an interesting residential area with lots of beauty saloons, fish and green market and few supermarkets within minutes walking from the apartment.
It's also just 12 min walk to the Zenta beach. Bacvice and Znjan beach, the most popular beaches in Split are within 15-20 min walking from the apartment.
It has a balcony with the sea view and table and chairs for you to enjoy your stay here sipping drinks and talking.
It's located on the fifth floor of the building with no elevator.
For ideal temperture apartment is air conditioned.
Living room has an exit to the balcony, smart 47“ LED TV with cable channels and comfortable sofa sleeping one person.
Each bedroom has one cozy double bed.

Price for one night stay is +30%
For two or more nights stay standard price applies.
Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 20 EUR.
Smoking is not allowed inside, but you can smoke on the balcony.
Pets are also not allowed, sorry.
We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.
Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!
Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.
Free street parking is available in front of the building or 1-3 minutes walking from the apartment.
There are no shared areas in or around the building.

This apartment is just 12 minutes walk to the closest beach.
Famous Znjan beach, one of the most popular beaches in Split is 20 min walking from the apartment.
It's ideal for both families and young people area has lots of restaurants and beach bars.

Bus station is two minutes walking from the apartment.
It takes about 5 min of public transport ride to the center.
