Marble staircase to First floor: main bedroom with shower room en suite, and a twin bedroom with bathroom en suite.
All rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans and insect screens.

Eco-awareness

As the company strives to be eco-friendly, a euro coin meter is present. On average, 10-15 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30-35 units during the Winter months. Should tenants exceed this energy limit, a cost of .30c per unit will be incurred. Environmentally cautious usage does not exceed the free units.
The use of air-conditioning is charged extra as per rates indicated.

Pets allowed: pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2. Two small dogs permitted. Please clean up after them. We ask that you do not allow your pets on the beds. Please don't leave your pets unattended.
