Welcome to our beautiful house in Porthleven.
We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
NEWLY ADDED AIR FRYER AND SLOW COOKER-The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a super king bed.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has just been modernised and is brand new and ensuite, it contains a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower as well as two large mirrors.The second bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property.

Fantastic location, only 10 minutes walk to the harbour. Plenty of space for 9 of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. Great facilities- cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine.

Sea views from several windows. Sun balcony with sea view. Short, scenic walk to town centre. Handy for coastal path. Accommodated my whole family at very reasonable rate. Very roomy. Plenty of parking space. Garden lawn with sea view.
Non-intuitive layout took some getting used to; optimises sea views though. Main bedroom velux window blinds need attention.

Window views of the sea and sunsets were lovely, kitchen and table good size for large family, easy walk into harbour for shops and restaurants. Good WIFI for distraction during heavy rain 😄
Some rooms were a little dusty. A few broken door hooks and broken patio chair, but nothing significant that impacted our stay.
