Set within a 5-acre field on a 60-acre fishery and campsite, this exclusive space features a large safari tent, private lake, and plenty of outdoor fun. Perfect for families, birthdays, group get-togethers, or simply letting the kids run free while you relax by the water.

House Rules Check-in: 1pm | Check-out: 11am No lake use after 10.30pm or under alcohol influence Children must be supervised at all times Pets allowed (max 2 dogs, kept clean & on leads around site) Noise kept low after 10pm (no car speakers, reasonable volume only) Fires must be extinguished before sleeping All rubbish must be bagged & binned Day guests must leave before dark Deposit required (refundable after inspection if rules followed)

What a fantastic place.
The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival.
They even checked in on us throughout the day to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.

Was a great location for a weekend away with a big group of friends. Massive private space with loads of different seating areas and a big bbq. The staff were all really kind and helpful with a great cafe and homemade pizzas on site.
