The location is amazing and the cottage quirky and comfortable and dog friendly. The host providing fresh milk, tea and coffee and Devon cream teas was a lovely addition
Some of the facilities are now a little dated and whilst in no way did this affect our stay, perhaps a newer shower might enhance the experience.

Loved our stay. It was a perfect position for us as we wanted to walk around the city, visit friends and meet others for coffee. Accommodation was effect for us and was very welcoming.

The location was excellent and was able to park outside the property. Everything was presented well, with some kind touches added. The open fire was a definite bonus, which made our stay a cosy one!
Dave was a great host and responded promptly to all communication.
The mattress, pillows and duvet could do with an update.
This was our second visit to this property and would consider a third. A little on the pricey side!
