Ideally situated on the beautiful Southview Holiday Park, which has been extensively upgraded for the new season, in this self-catering holiday home, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The accommodation is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
It has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
It features double glazing and central heating throughout.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 twin beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 twin beds.
There is also a Queen size pull out sofa bed.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.
Centrally located for all amenities just a short walk to the on-site bar and restaurant and the popular showbar featuring all day entertainment and evening entertainment to suit old and young alike.
Linen and towels are not included.
Linen can be provided at a cost.
Failure to use bed linen will result in cleaning costs being deducted from the security deposit.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property but there is a £20 additional charge.

The caravan is pretty central to everything in the park so only a short walk to things. Very dog friendly stay both on site and in town.
Bit of trouble getting check in details
Perfect place to stay for our short trip to Skegness and highly recommend it.

The space available was great. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. Kids enjoyed it. Lovely and clean.
