Set beside the owners’ 15th-century thatched farmhouse, this much-loved property combines privacy, character, and convenience in one idyllic setting.
Designed with couples in mind, the lodge features one bedroom along with generous, flexible living space—perfect for relaxing or socialising.
Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway or a tranquil base for exploring, this is the perfect place to unwind.
Ideally located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and adjacent to the scenic Wray Valley Trail, the lodge is a haven for walkers and cyclists alike.
Beyond the moor, you’ll find the stunning South Devon coast, the vibrant city of Exeter, and Devon’s winding country lanes—all waiting to be explored.

A glorious peaceful retreat. Quirky vintage vibe with excellent top of the range appliances like a Sage coffee maker and top combi oven. Comfortable and cosy, great shower and lovely heat pump hot tub- totally private. Hosts were so helpful- there if needed but unobtrusive.
