A large villa on a large plot which gives this home a spacious feel inside and out. An extended pool deck offers lots of outside space for fun times around the pool with plenty of room for large families. With 5 bedrooms, including two masters it is ideal for large groups.

The living area downstairs is a great place to chill with the added bonus of a second living area/TV room upstairs especially welcome if 2 families share the accommodation. Both areas have large wall mounted 65' flat screen smart TV's.

The home has 2 Master en-suite bedrooms tastefully furnished and decorated both with large walk-in wardrobes. There is also a double bedroom connected via Jack n Jill En-suite bathroom to Twin Bedroom which would suit a family perfectly. There is a further Disney themed twin bedroom with bathroom next door.

The Kitchen area is a dream to use with granite work tops and all top appliances including large American style fridge freezer & dishwasher. The separate dining room and breakfast bar can seat up to 10 people in total.

There is a large 30 foot south facing heated pool with SPA. For those with small children there is a pool safety fence available if required. There are also lots of sun loungers provided for those long sunny days by the south facing pool. When it gets too hot there is a large covered lanai with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

Pool/Spa heating is included free of charge for bookings in November through to March. For April to October it can be added for an additional charge of £25 pounds per night for pool & spa heating or £12.50 pounds per night for spa only. A BBQ gas grill rental is available if required for an additional £75 pounds per week. There is one cot (pak n play) and one high chair although additional ones can be rented if required.

The villa has High Speed Internet.

A separate games room, converted from the double garage is fully floored and includes a full size American pool table, table football and electronic darts board.
