Le logement est assez bien situé, à proximité des commerces (un Aldi à seulement 5 minutes à pied) et de la plage, accessible en une douzaine de minutes à pied. Il dispose de la climatisation, ce qui est appréciable, ainsi que d’une piscine extérieure.
