The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Les Contamines-Montjoie, this charming chalet, built in 2021, of a surface of 180 m ² and being able to accomodate until 12 travelers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of about 215 m² as well as several balconies from which you can contemplate the mountains of Les Contamines.
Ne are waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A garage. - A laundry room. - A playroom. - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC. - Separate toilet. On the 1st floor : - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC. - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Room 5: bunk beds (4 single beds). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. On the 2nd floor : - A living room of 60 m² with TV, Wi-Fi, sofas, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... For even more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful unfenced garden of about 215 m², facing South and West. - A balcony-terrace located on the 1st floor, facing South and West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. - Two balconies on the 2nd floor, one facing East and the other facing West. The chalet is ideally located in Les Contamines-Montjoie, in a very pleasant and quiet environment.
You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Mountain activities. - Tennis nearby. - Lake with pedal boats, paddle. - Swimming lake with fine sand. - Accrobranche. - Trampoline. - Horseback riding. - Golf practice. - Petanque. Transportation: - You can park on the parking lot in front of the chalet (2 vehicles) or by taking the descent to the garage to park in front (2 vehicles). - Nearest train station: Saint Gervais - Le Fayet (22 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Geneva (1h15 by car). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost of €19/person.

Magnifique chalet nous y avons passé 3 nuits et étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants
Logement propre, très bien équipé et très spacieux

Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung ! Wunderschönes Haus, wir waren mit 12 Personen beim Skifahren, alle waren top zufrieden. Der gemütliche Wohn Essbereich mit Panoramafenster war toll, genauso wie die Zimmer.
Wir können das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen !!
Tatsächlich blieben keine Wünsche offen !!
