Located on the ground floor, it is provided with a large private terrace (about 30 m²) with sun loungers, a piece of artificial grass and a large table with chairs. The living room has a well-equipped open kitchen, a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and WiFi. The common areas are spacious and equipped with 2 swimming pools: a small one for children and a large one for adults. Everything is surrounded by natural grass, plants and areas of sun and shade.
