On the ground floor, you'll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, which opens onto a small lounge with a working fireplace and also offers direct access to the terrace. Crossing the hallway, you'll find a second, more spacious lounge equipped with a TV. From here, you can access the master suite above the garage. This bedroom has a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The ground floor also has a separate WC.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one 160x200 and the other 140x190, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a playroom ideal for children.
Externally, you can enjoy the sunshine on a pleasant terrace equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs, or take advantage of the pretty 800m² enclosed garden planted with trees.
The house is located 100m from the beach and the GR34, ideally placed for hiking enthusiasts.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
Children will also find nearby: La récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
