The apartment is in a very elegant area, close to the main sites, Frari church and San Rocco square.
Rialto market 10/15 minute walk.
You are also a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma and the train station.
The area has many good restaurants and grocery stores where you can enjoy our traditional cuisine.
Also not far from Campo Santa Margherita, the beautiful square where you can have a glass of wine.
The apartment is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic place to live and spend unforgettable moments in our city.
The beautiful terrace will allow you to spend relaxing moments sipping a cocktail in the evening or having breakfast watching the gondolas along the canal It is located in a quiet area but along the main street to get to Rialto and San Marco that you can reach in 15 mn. walking distance.
You are also close to some of the city's most important monuments, sites, and churches such as the Church of the Frari, the School of San Rocco, the School of San Giovanni Evangelista, and many others.
The neighborhood has many nice little restaurants to enjoy our traditional and famous food and some very nice groceries, bakeries, and pastry shops.

The apt was clean and large enough to be comfortable. Bed was comfortable. We liked the area as it is not overly crowded. Our stay went well. The street door key is tricky but you get the hang of it.

The apartment was as pictured. Simple, clean. The main room is spacious enough for 1-2, maybe 3 people. There is a small balcony, nice to sit, no view, but pleasant. Appartement conforme à la description, très propre et très bien équipé pour un séjour sans souci. Proche de toutes commodités dans un quartier calme et agréable.
