The holiday flat "Europäischer Hof Whg. 7" is located in the house "Europäischer Hof" with a direct view of the sea. It is located on Kaiserstraße and is only 50 metres from the beach. Flat 7 is on the 1st floor. Due to its location, the flat combines proximity to the beach and the island centre.

The accommodation has two sleeping options. In the small bedroom there is a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m). For families with a child or people who want to sleep separately, there is a double fold-away bed in the living room. This is equipped with two mattresses. The bathroom of the flat is equipped with a shower, a WC and a wash hand basin. The small kitchen is functionally furnished and has a cooker, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The flat also has a balcony, which is equipped with furniture.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available to the residents of the house and can be used for a fee. A highlight of the European courtyard is a seawater pool. The pool is closed annually in November for maintenance work. There is also a sauna, which can also be used for a fee. It is important to note that the seawater pool and sauna are reopened for use in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations. However, changes may occur at short notice. Dogs are not allowed in this holiday flat.
