Villa AlGharif is a cosy and spacious villa, situated in the quiet area of Quinta da Balaia, just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Albufeira and the region's most charming beaches.


On entering, you'll be greeted by a large, bright and comfortable living room, the ideal space for family get-togethers or moments of pure relaxation after a day in the sun.


The layout of the rooms has been designed to offer comfort and flexibility for larger groups. The main house has two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, ensuring space and comfort for everyone. In the independent annex, there is a fifth en suite bedroom, equipped with two bunk beds, a practical and fun option for children or young people, with capacity for up to four guests.


The fully equipped kitchen offers a functional and welcoming environment for preparing your favourite meals, whether it's a quiet breakfast or a special family dinner.


Outdoors, the villa surprises with a generous, renovated garden, surrounded by greenery that provides natural shade and a relaxing atmosphere. The private pool invites long dives and moments of leisure, complemented by an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, perfect for making the most of the Algarve's sunny days.

It is not necessary to hire a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.


If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


Heating the pool is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


Group deposit: €150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).


Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.

The 13th to 14th guest will be charged an additional fee which includes an additional bed
