Lido Sunset is an apartment in the main tourist area of Funchal, close to the sea, and is ideal for two people.

If no parking is available on the property, there is a paid parking lot 200 meters away, and authorized street parking is possible nearby. The building is in a residential complex, but there is potential for traffic noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open. We ask all guests to keep food well-packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate. Cleaning is done before guests arrive, and a weekly maintenance cleaning is performed thereafter, including a change of bed linen and towels. Construction work is underway for the renovation of nearby apartments, which may cause temporary noise during the day. CONDITIONS 1. Parties or behavior that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbors are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborly quiet hours are in effect. 2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3. Self check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key safe whose code is generated and sent on the day of arrival.
For in-person check-in, an appointment is required, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability. 4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5. Any breakages, incidents, or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay.
Issues reported late with the sole intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered. 6. Guests must inform us about any allergies, conditions, or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and for appropriate measures to be taken.

Die Verwaltung und Reinigung waren sehr gut.Es war alles so wie beschrieben.Die Reinigung fand jede Woche statt und war sehr gründlich.Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.Danke für die gute Betreuung

A great balcony/ terrace with an uninterupted view of the sea.
Small which made cooking difficult. Ideal for a short break but was too compact for an extended stay.
