For a stay with friends or family, come and enjoy this fully renovated house with a breathtaking 180° sea view and direct access to the property's beach.
Upon entering this house, you will first step into a large sunroom with a magnificent view of the Aber Benoit. From this sunroom, you will then access a spacious, cozy, comfortable, and bright living room, with the sea view always prominently featured.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen and the house's only toilet.
Upstairs, you will access the house's 4 bedrooms. The first two have a beautiful sea view and are equipped with double beds: one queen-size bed (160x200) and one double bed (140x190) for the second. The other two bedrooms are ideal for children: one is equipped with 2 single beds under the eaves, and the other with a single bed.
You will also find a bathroom on this floor with a sink and a shower.
In the basement, you will find a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
The exterior will delight young and old alike. The landscaped garden of over 10,000 m² features several areas to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the mouth of the Aber Benoit. Outdoor furniture is, of course, available for everyone (large table and sun loungers).
This house also has private access to the beach; simply walk down through the garden to reach Béniguet beach.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, kitchen towels), as well as a digital welcome guide explaining how the house works and offering recommendations for activities and places to visit!
The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34 coastal path, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports, and traditional restaurants to savor Breton specialties. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
