By booking the holiday apartment, you acknowledge the following house rules.
House Rules / Terms and Conditions Holiday Apartment
Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartment.
Thank you very much. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time, especially if there are deviations from the stated arrival times.
The chip card handover will take place at the reception.
If you require extra services, such as reserving paid underground parking spaces, this will be arranged upon individual request. We provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay.
You do not need to remove the covers before your departure.
Used dishes should be placed back in the cupboards clean and dry; the beds do not need to be stripped.
Before departure, please simply throw all used towels in a pile on the floor. Bathroom: To prevent limescale deposits, we kindly ask you to squeegee the tiles/glass of the shower after showering.
Leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation.
No hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, or similar should be thrown or poured into the shower and toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages.
Please use the provided facilities. Damages: No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks.
If this happens, please report the damage immediately so that we do not discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning.
The guest is liable for damages up to the cost of replacement. Bed Linen: The cost of the final cleaning is covered by the total price, unless otherwise agreed.
It is calculated based on a normal cleaning effort.
If you require cleaning during your stay, please let us know! Hair Dryer: We provide a hair dryer for the duration of your stay.
You will find it in the vanity unit under the sink. Liability: The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s). Towels: We provide towels for the duration of your stay.
You will find additional towels in the vanity unit under the sink.
Before departure, please simply throw the used towels on the floor. First-Aid Kit: A small first-aid kit is available for emergencies, which you will find in the vanity unit under the sink.
However, we hope you will not need it. House Right: Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge. Pets: Pets are allowed in the apartment. Internet / Wi-Fi: A wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available in the holiday apartment.
The access code is available in the holiday apartment. Upon request, we will provide you with a travel cot with bedding and/or a high chair free of charge.
Please let us know what you need when booking. If you require additional catering, please feel free to contact our management department at +359 88 849955. Kitchen: The kitchen has been completely newly installed.
Please handle the kitchen furnishings and appliances with care.
Please only put dishes back into the cupboards when they are dry and clean.
The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances that you have used.
Please return everything as you would like to find it yourself.
No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, or similar should be thrown or poured into the sink, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Ventilation: To prevent mold growth, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once with shock ventilation (5-10 minutes) per day, and especially after showering. Trash: As we are obliged to separate waste, we ask for your help.
Please separate the trash as follows: -> Packaging material according to the yellow bin, i.e., all packaging with the Green Dot. -> Paper (blue trash bin).
The bin for this is by the wardrobe. -> Organic (green bin), i.e., fruit and vegetable waste, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. -> Residual waste (everything that does not fall into the first two categories). -> Glass/returnable bottles will be disposed of by us upon request. We provide trash bags. Parking can be done directly in the underground garage within the complex. In case of short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities, or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction.
Defects in the holiday apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period to rectify the defects.
Subsequent complaints will not be accepted and cannot be offset. Smoking: Smoking is generally forbidden in our holiday apartment.
Damages such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, floors, bedding, etc., will result in us charging you the replacement cost. It is possible to smoke on the terrace as well as on the entire property.
However, please do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground, but in the provided ashtrays or residual waste. Cleaning: Should you happen to have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean it up immediately.
A broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are available.
You will receive a bucket and mop in the main building.
We kindly ask you to leave the holiday apartment "broom clean" upon departure and to put all used dishes back into the cupboards clean and dry. The entrance door can only be opened from the outside with a chip card.
Please do not carelessly slam the door; ensure you have your chip card with you.
The main door should always be closed and locked with the chip card when leaving the building.
Similarly, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent potential damage from bad weather or break-ins. The apartment has an unobstructed sea view! It is located directly on the beach!
