Our house is located in a central, yet quiet location in Chieming. To the house belongs a beautiful small garden with table and chairs, next to a pond, which invites you to relax. A car parking space is located at the house and e-bikes can be parked and charged in the lockable garage. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Chiemsee beach and to the shopping facilities, such as Edeka, bakery, the cafes and restaurants.

Die Lage des Hauses, sehr gut. Ruhig und zur Ortsmitte gut und ohne Mühen erreichbar.
Sehr sauber.
Minimal für heutige Zwecke eingerichtet. Steckdosen in jedem Raum muss man suchen. Unglücklich angebracht
der Spiegelschrank im Bad über dem Waschbecken. Wasser, bevor es " warm " wird läuft ca. 2 - 3 Minuten.

Aussicht auf die Berge. Ca 5 Minuten vom Chiemsee entfernt (Fußweg).
Schöner Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit(Edeka) und Dorfladen.
