The Cottage is set at the end of quiet cul-de-sac, beside a pretty orchard, just a short walk uphill from the vibrant waterside Island Street, and close to the boat park and Batson Creek.
It sits in a quiet spot, in an elevated position with sweeping views of Salcombe and the estuary, but very close to the centre of town.
With a private parking space, this light, sunny and spacious house is a great base to explore the delights of the area.

The property is accessed via 16 steps through the garden and patio to the front door Upon entering the property, you will find a bright, spacious and sunny double height entrance hall.

Lovely house in a quiet, tucked away location but just a few minutes easy walk into town. Great to have your own parking space. Lovely view from the living room and outside space. Some of the interior features aren’t super modern but it’s bright and cheerful, very well equiped and the facilities are very clean and well maintained.
