We welcome you to Kühlungsborn-Ost! The comfortable 2-room penthouse, designed for your well-being, is located on the 2nd floor and offers you ample space of 40 m² for a successful holiday.

A lift conveniently takes you from the underground garage to your holiday home. The cozy living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and provides a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player for your entertainment.

The couch can be easily converted into a sofa bed, offering a sleeping option for separate sleepers or a third person. Adjacent to this is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with every comfort and arranged in an L-shape.

All technical appliances and other kitchen utensils that belong in a modern kitchen are at your disposal.

Meals can be enjoyed at the small dining table. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe for your holiday clothes.

Blackout curtains ensure undisturbed sleep, even with the morning sun. In the entrance area, you will find a cloakroom with a mirror and a shoe cabinet. The bathroom is equipped with a corner shower, a washbasin with a backlit mirror, and a heated towel rail.

A hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a shelf for your toiletries are also provided. The toilet with a washbasin is located in a separate room. Please note that any applicable tourist tax is not included in the total price.
