Casa Armonia is located in La Vigía, in a very quiet area with beautiful views from both the pool and the terrace.
This spacious and bright house is carefully decorated and has many details that make it unique and special. Details: GROUND FLOOR. Large and bright living-dining room with many windows and a glass door with direct access to the pool, from which you can watch the little ones from the sofa as they enjoy the water.
Here you will find a flat-screen TV (with Spanish and international satellite channels), comfortable sofas, armchairs, and the dining table.
Wifi is also available. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and all other necessary utensils. One bedroom with two single beds, one of 90 cm and the other of 105 cm. A spacious and modern bathroom with a shower. FIRST FLOOR On the first floor is the master bedroom with a 150 cm wide bed.
From this bedroom, there is access to a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
This bedroom has an additional TV. There is also another bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and a 90 cm bed.
This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning (hot/cold). The two bedrooms on the first floor have glass balconies with direct access to a large terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Conil countryside (you can even see Cádiz).
This terrace, which connects the two bedrooms, can also be accessed via stairs directly from the main entrance door of the house. Air conditioning is available in the living room and 1 bedroom. EXTERIOR The exterior of Casa Armonía has a special charm, with a beautiful swimming pool measuring 7.40 x 2.90 m, surrounded by plants.
Next to the pool, there are sun loungers and a lovely chill-out area, which adds a special touch and is perfect for those who want to relax outdoors.
There are also natural garden areas and various types of plants. Behind the pool, there is a covered barbecue area and next to it, on the covered porch, a large table with benches that can accommodate the whole family. Outside, there is also a shower with hot/cold water and a toilet with a sink. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The property is fully fenced and offers enough space to safely park 4 cars.
The area is ideal for families as it is a quiet neighborhood, and by car, you can reach the center of Conil as well as the beautiful sandy beaches in just a few minutes. Registration number: VFT/CA/13999 Our prices are all-inclusive. Included are: All utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, all taxes, Wifi internet (if available), bed linen and towels (no beach towels), and final cleaning. Baby cot upon request, free of charge. **The price indicated above is for up to 4 people.
Additional people (maximum 6-7) will have a surcharge of €7 per day. Security deposit max. €250 - The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of your departure via bank transfer.

Sehr gepflegtes und geräumiges Ferienhaus; sauberer Pool; Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm; aufgrund der landwirtschaftlichen Umgebung mitunter nachts viel Hundegebäll (dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts)
