Changeover Day: Saturday (Saturday–Saturday bookings only)
No under 25s
No single-sex parties / hen or stag groups
No pets
No smoking inside the property
Guests are required to test the spa pool daily using provided kits.
Cancellation terms apply — please request a copy prior to booking.
No refunds or transfer of bookings under any circumstances.
Guests are required to pay a £500 security deposit, this will be refunded after 7 days if no damage occurs.

Wonderful stay at this property, excellent communication with owner and check with Tony was seamless. The views and location of this place is absolutely amazing....sunrise everyday and unobstructed sea views. Loads of space, comfortable beds. Warm and cozy. Welcome pack on arrival after long journey was amazing, the house was perfect ,views are stunning, we all loved the swim spa. Tony was a great host? Was there for arrival and departure.
