The host came into our apartment 10:03 on the day we were leaving, obviously impatient about us not having checked-out (normally at 10:00) yet despite we had it in written that we were granted a late check-out until 13:00. When showing her the email that confirmed our late check-out, she just shrugged her shoulders and said she did not understand any other language than Italian.
