The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine, a living/dining room with TV and seating for six guests, a snug with a day bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed courtyard garden and furniture and off-road parking for 1 car and roadside parking, subject to availability. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, pub and a beach, and please note that this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cornerside is a delightful retreat for a trip to Devon.
