The apartment is located about 50 m from the beach to the central beach and surf area.
From the large balcony you have a great view of the dunes and an open view over the Brandenburger Place.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The bright apartment has an inside bedroom with two single beds of 200cm x 90cm and 190cm x 80cm size as well as a livingroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a dining area.
The small, open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with ceramic hob (for 2 pots), a microwave-oven, coffeemachine, water cooker and toaster.
The bathroom has a shower.
The floor in the entire living area is provided with high quality laminate flooring.
An LCD TV with cable connection and a radio with CD player are available.
The outside wall is designed as a large window area, so you have a wonderful view of the dunes from the living and dining area.
There is also the balcony.
On this is a table and chairs.
The large balcony is furnished with seating and a small table.
Conditions are available.
To the apartment belongs a free parking behind the house.
There are also bicycles available for the guests of the house.
CALM AND CENTRAL The location of the house offers short distances to the beach (approx. 50m), the fun pool Sylter Welle (about 200m) or the beach or Friedrichstrasse (about 200m).
The building is located on a quiet side street (dead end street) to the Brandenburger Platz.
A free parking lot for your car is available behind the house! It is a non-smoking apartment.
No pets are allowed.

You will receive a separate invoice from the owner.

In top Lage zum Strand und Ort.
Ein und aushecken sehr unkompliziert.
Leider für Rückenschmerzen geplagte Menschen keine idealen Sitz und Schlafmöglichkeiten.
