Our holiday apartment is located in the center of Wernigerode, yet it is still quietly situated.
It is on the ground floor.
Our comfortable, non-smoking holiday apartment is approx. 50 sqm and offers space for 2 people.
It has a modern living room with a sofa bed, TV, and radio.
In the bedroom, a very nice box spring bed (180/200) awaits you.
You have a separate, modern kitchen with access to the terrace.
It is equipped with a stove (ceramic hob) with an oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and a nice seating area.
The terrace is also equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.
Furthermore, the apartment has a beautiful bathroom with a corner bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
WLAN is also available.
The apartment includes a terrace with seating.
A covered parking space for your vehicle is available nearby (for a fee of 1.50 Euros per day).
Our holiday apartment is located directly in the old town of Wernigerode and is easily accessible on foot or by car.
You can reach us on foot from the train station in approx. 5 minutes.
It is also approx. 5 minutes to the center (market square).
It couldn't be more central.
Pets are by request only.
On the day of arrival, the holiday apartment is available from 2:00 PM (or upon request).
Departure is by 10:00 AM.
Payment for the holiday apartment is due on the day of arrival.
We consider the prime location to be a special feature.
