This small villa is on two levels and welcomes guests with a garden and a porch equipped with a dining table. On the ground floor guests will find the living area, which includes a beautiful living room with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, furnished with two sofas, TV and dining table, and an independent kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom located on the ground floor and two other rooms upstairs, one double and one with a single bed, desk and access to a small terrace with armchairs and garden view. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower and one with bathtub.

Available to guests are amenities such as free wifi connection, washing machine and heating.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, scenic and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. First among the many reasons for which this lake is world-famous is the beauty of its landscapes: it is surrounded by mountains and is home to picturesque fishing villages, splendid villas, parks and evocative trails. The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. Its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches that make it up: Colico to the north, Lecco to the south-east and Como to the south-west. The main urban centre is Como, an elegant and romantic city with several villas, monuments and a very picturesque lakefront. However, there are many villages that are not to be missed: on the Como branch, Bellagio, 'the pearl of the Lario', Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso with its romantic views stand out. On the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, it is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks, thanks to its numerous paths such as the Sentiero del Viandante (40 km) and the Greenway of Lake Como (approx. 10 km).

The lake's traditional cuisine is also excellent, from fish to cheese to desserts. The perfect combination of lake and mountain can be appreciated on the tables of the many restaurants in the area.
