The ground floor features a large kitchen with garden doors, equipped with a ceramic cooker, combination microwave, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, TV (cable), and radio.
There are two bathrooms with showers and washbasins, plus a separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, the first floor offers a bedroom accessed by fairly steep stairs with a double bed, along with two bathrooms, each with either a bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. The second floor features a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two bunk beds. On the third floor, a fourth bedroom with a double bed and TV completes the sleeping areas. Enjoy a private fenced terrace with garden furniture, central heating, a coffee machine, children's bed, and paid parking. Located just 1 km from the center, restaurants, public transport, and nightlife, this home combines comfort and convenience with free Wi-Fi throughout.
